Shipping & Delivery

Our preferred shipping method is USPS First Class or Priority Mail for all domestic parcels.  We do not ship to international destinations at this time. Canadian customers, please contact me for shipping information unless you have a USA mailing address.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING CANADIAN SHIPMENTS  Please be aware of your country's policies regarding importing purchased goods. Some countries charge a fee after the shipment delivery (e.g., VAT-Value Added Tax, Duty charges, etc.). Catcophony Wearable Art is not responsible for any import fees of any kind.  Follow the link below to check for any additional charges to ship to your country:

Insurance is included in the fees listed above for all orders.

How can I pay?

We use Paypal as our preferred processor. Square is also available, however, you need to contact me and I will send a Square invoice. Both PayPal and Square accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes.  You pay through PayPal,  premier electronic payment solutions, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; Square or PayPal informs us that payment was received and we ship you your jewelry. We are paid for the items you purchased  through PayPal.or Square

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

Shopping is secure and safe because all personal and credit card information is encrypted and protected using the Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL) via PayPal. When you press the Check Out button at the point of purchase, your credit card information is transferred in encrypted form. To check that your transaction is secure, look for the unbroken key or closed padlock icon in the lower corner of your browser screen during the checkout process.

How do we ensure security?
Square and PayPal use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt your name, address, and credit card number, so that your personal data cannot be accessed while traveling over the Internet. SSL works with Netscape Navigator and Communicator (version 2.0 and newer), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and newer), and America Online (version 3.0 and newer).  Catcophony does not keep any of your credit card information.

How to deal with fraudulent charges?
Under the terms of the United States Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit card provider cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Returns & Replacements

Your complete 100% satisfaction is important to us. Therefore, if you feel it necessary to request a return, we would be more than happy to replace your item with another item or refund your payment in full. You can return most items within 30 calendar days of the original shipping date.
In order to process your request efficiently, please contact us first before returning an item.

Returns will only be accepted if they are returned in their original unused condition. We will not honor returns that have been altered in any way or have been damaged during shipping.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted on:
 - Items returned after 30 calendar days from the original ship date.
 - Custom orders.
 - Items purchased on sale. 

Your refund will be credited to your credit card (Square purchaes) or PayPal account and will be the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee (if any).

For your protection, we advise that all returns are sent back to us by a traceable carrier and insured at your own expense.

We do not accept cash or COD’s.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the shipment and your tracking number.
